By downloading or using the MealPer application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service
MealPer is a food delivery platform operating in Baku, Azerbaijan. The app allows users to browse restaurants, place food orders, and track deliveries in real time.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use MealPer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through MealPer are subject to restaurant availability. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Coin Rewards
MealPer offers a coin-based loyalty program. Coins are earned through purchases and social sharing. Coins have no cash value and may be redeemed only within the MealPer platform under the conditions specified in the app.

6. User Content and Sharing
By sharing content through MealPer, including sharing to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and others, you confirm that you have the right to share such content and grant MealPer a non-exclusive license to use it.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the MealPer platform, including but not limited to: fraudulent orders, manipulation of the coin system, or any activity that disrupts the service.

8. Limitation of Liability
MealPer is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by restaurants or courier partners, or for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
